Make the Whipped Cream 2 In a medium mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar. 3 Using an electric mixer (can also be done by hand) whisk together the cream and sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form. 4 Place the whipped cream in the fridge to chill while preparing the rest of the Eiskaffee. Make the Eiskaffee 10 Add 1-2 scoops of ice cream to each glass. 13 Pour the cold coffee into the glasses over the vanilla ice cream, leaving about a 1/2" of space at the top for the whipped cream. 14 Stir 2-3 times. 11 Top each drink with whipped cream and enjoy immediately.View original recipe
