Instructions
0 Place the serving bowls or plates on a tray in the freezer. Strawberry Sauce 2 Pour the fresh strawberries or thawed, frozen ones into a blender with a two tablespoons of water and blend until a thick sauce consistency is made. 3 There is no need to strain the sauce because a little texture will make it look more like traditional tomato sauce. Ice Cream Spaghetti Noodles 4 Scoop slightly thawed vanilla ice cream in a potato ricer or a spaetzle maker. 6 Press the noodles out of your chosen tool over the chilled serving plates. Continue pressing until you have a small pile resembling spaghetti. 7 To break the noodles you can either rotate the tool or use a dinner knife to cut the noodles off. Assemble 8 Pour the strawberry sauce over the top of the pile of ice cream noodles. 10 Place a couple of fresh strawberries on top. 11 Use a microplane or the smallest wholes on a cheese grater to grate a bar of white chocolate over the top of each plate.View original recipe
